Yeah, this is a vector. I know it seams confusing if you're new at making
wallpapers. If you are interested in vectoring you should read some tutorials.
Just Google 'vectoring tutorial' , or search on different graphic sites. Btw,

A few things:
- The ground looks like the surface of water *_* So next time if you do an
underground thing you can try to make it look sandy rather than watery (or
smudge the light you have now because it looks like water)
- The girl looks a bit big. In full view it's okay, but in the thumbnail the
scale is a bit strange. If I could be in her position and stay there for 30
seconds in such shallow water, I'd be surprised :P But yeah, I think it'll be
more believable if she was smaller (deeper water)
Overall nice lighting effects and good use of gradients!
